With Satispay, you can access a digital showcase of shops and offers and purchase the products you are interested in directly on the seller’s website.
It’s very simple: select an online shop or a product on offer from those available in the app, applying filters for payment method, price and brand if you wish; agree to be redirected to the seller’s e-commerce site; and finally, proceed with the purchase directly on the seller’s platform.
On the main screen, you will find:
• the “Shop & Earn Points” section, which gathers online shops where you can pay with Satispay at checkout and accumulate cashback points to redeem within the “Satispay Cashback Points” loyalty programme;
• the “Pay in 3” section, dedicated to online shops where you can pay in three convenient instalments, with no fees or interest;
• the “Best Offers” section, which lists products on third-party sellers’ e-commerce sites.
To provide the content available in the App, Satispay collaborates with two third-party partners: Kelkoo SAS, which provides static affiliate links for the lists of online shops in the “Shop & Earn Points” and “Pay in 3” sections; and 7Pixel S.r.l., which provides, via API, the list of products in the “Best Offers” section. Satispay, acting as a publisher, is remunerated by the partners.
Satispay does not sell products through the App, but operates exclusively as an intermediary, merely providing visibility to shops and offers from third-party sellers. This means that your purchases will not be completed within the App, but directly on the seller’s website to which you are redirected. The sales contract is therefore concluded exclusively between you and the seller. Satispay is not a party to the contract and does not act as a representative, agent or mandatary of the seller. Consequently, Satispay assumes no responsibility in relation to any aspect of the sale, including, for example: payment, delivery, quality and availability of products, after-sales assistance, handling of returns and refunds. Any complaints, requests for assistance or disputes relating to purchases made on the seller’s e-commerce site must be addressed exclusively to the seller.
