What do I need to sign up for Satispay?

A couple of minutes and:

📱 your smartphone with a working camera*;
🔢 your mobile number;
📧 your email address;
🪪 an identity document (Passport / ID / Driving License);
💳 your tax code (only if you reside in Italy);
🏦 your IBAN**.

Download the App and follow the steps. Once registration is complete, we will verify your account, and as soon as it is activated, you will receive a notification from us.

▸ How do I upload photos of my document?

To activate your account smoothly, be sure to upload clear, high-quality photos of your original and valid document. Scans, photocopies, and screenshots won’t be accepted. To speed up verification, avoid glare and remove any protective covers.Here’s what you’ll need based on the document you’re using:
· Italian paper identity card: Take one photo of the inside and one of the outside, with the document fully open.
· Driver’s license or passport-style identity card: Take a photo of both the front and back.
· Passport: A single photo of the page with your personal details is enough. 
Uploaded the wrong photos? No worries! If something’s not right, we’ll let you know through the app right away, so you can upload new ones in no time!
