TO DOWNLOAD YOUR GIFT CARD:
1. Go to https://my-gate.eu/
2. Enter the serial number and PIN in the Security Number and PIN fields respectively.
3. Enter the email address to uniquely associate with the Gift Card.
To ensure the correct receipt of the eGift Card, the Customer must provide a valid email address.
Due to technical restrictions of the sending systems, delivery of eGift Cards to generic email addresses or with specific formats cannot be guaranteed (for example but not limited to: addresses starting with 'email@', 'mail@', 'info@' or containing the word 'spam').
The Customer is therefore advised to use an alternative personal email address.
HOW TO USE YOUR TEZENIS GIFT CARD:
- Go to www.tezenis.it
- Choose your items and add them to your cart.
- Select the Gift Card as your payment method.
- Enter the online code of your Gift Card and complete the order.
- If you prefer to use it in-store, print the confirmation email and present it at the checkout, or display the barcode and PIN directly on your smartphone.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR TEZENIS GIFT CARD:
- The Gift Card is immediately active and associated with the email to which it was assigned.
- You can use your Gift Card online or in participating Tezenis stores.
- You can spend the Gift Card amount across multiple purchases (both online and offline).
