OVS Giftcards are available in different denominations and allow you to make purchases in participating OVS stores in Italy (recognizable by the specific advertising material displayed) and online at ovs.it.

Terms of Use The purchase of an OVS Giftcard and its subsequent use imply the total and unconditional acceptance of the terms of use that govern it, which are as follows:
• It is usable exclusively for the purchase of items sold by OVS and paid for at OVS checkouts or online at ovs.it. It cannot be used for the purchase of items sold in departments present in OVS stores but managed by third parties and equipped with their own checkouts.
• It is not applicable to shipping costs for online purchases on ovs.it, which must be paid using any of the other accepted payment methods.
• It can be used only once, in-store or on ovs.it. The code is automatically voided upon first use, even if the OVS Giftcard was initially associated with one's profile on ovs.it but is instead used in-store.
• If the purchase amount is less than the value of the OVS Giftcard, it is voided for its full value, but a Gift Certificate (whose terms of use are the same as an OVS Giftcard) for the remaining value is simultaneously issued, to be used just like an OVS Giftcard.
• If the value of the OVS Giftcard is less than the purchase amount, the difference must be paid using any of the other payment methods accepted by OVS.
• It cannot be used to purchase other Giftcards.
• It is not reloadable.
• It has no expiry date.
• It does not apply to promotions.
• The amount loaded onto the OVS Giftcard does not accrue interest.
• The value of the OVS Giftcard is VAT included, regardless of the rate applicable to the items purchased using the OVS Giftcard.
• It is a bearer instrument and equivalent to cash: in case of loss, theft, or damage (e.g., illegibility of the barcode and/or numerical code), it cannot be blocked, refunded, or replaced.
• It cannot be returned in exchange for cash.
• It is not possible to purchase an OVS Giftcard using a return voucher.
• The purchase of the OVS Giftcard does not contribute to earning points.
• The use of the OVS Giftcard allows for the earning of points where expressly provided.
• No liability can be attributed to OVS for improper or fraudulent use of the OVS Giftcard.
Any complaints regarding the use of the OVS Giftcard can be sent via email to hello@ovs.it or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to Servizio Clienti OVS, Via Terraglio 17, 30174 Venezia-Mestre. Any dispute regarding the use of the OVS Giftcard is governed by Italian law. These updated terms of use are available on ovs.it and in participating OVS stores.
