The only exceptions are events available for purchase on the ssport.ticketone.it platform, which is dedicated to certain sporting events such as football, rugby, and basketball matches.

Purchasing online on the TicketOne.it website and paying with the TicketOne Gift Voucher is quick and easy!
• Search for the desired event on the www.ticketone.it website or the TicketOne App.*
• Proceed with the purchase and once you reach the CART page, enter the received TicketOne Gift Voucher in the designated "Spend your Voucher" field and confirm the entry. The voucher value will be deducted from the order amount. If you have more than one TicketOne Gift Voucher, they can be entered one after the other.
• If the total transaction amount is greater than the value of the entered purchase code, you will need to supplement the payment with other payment methods available on the TicketOne.it website. Any remaining credit on the TicketOne Gift Voucher can be spent later, before the voucher's expiration date.
