You won't receive it if:
✖️ you pay from the Services section in the App,
✖️ you send money to your friends,
✖️ there is a double cashback offered by Satispay*.
💡 The Extra Cashback cannot be of an amount higher than the transaction made (if you are granted 1 € Cashback but make a payment of 0,80€: the Cashback will be 0,80€).
