Here are three possible reasons:
1. You've selected the option Balance or Benefits.
By activating it in Profile > Settings > Your wallets with you will always give priority to your preferred wallet.
2. You run out of Meal Vouchers or you have paid a lower amount
Please remember that - to use the Meal Vouchers - you have to pay amounts equal to or greater than the single Meal Voucher amount. If you have run out of them we are sorry, but you will have to wait for the next credit!
3. You have purchased products excluded from payment with Meal Vouchers or you have paid in a shop that doesn’t accept them
Non-food products are excluded at the till from the amount payable with Meal Vouchers. In addition, each point of sale has its own regulations and independently defines how it accepts Meal Vouchers.
