Great question❗️ We explain you the difference here:
· Budget
This is the amount you decide to have each month (or each week) on your account and you can find it in Settings > Money - Budget!
With the Budget you set your automatic top-up by also customising the minimum top-up threshold.
· Balance
This is the amount you spend on your Satispay purchases and you see it in the Profile section!
The balance increases with the receipt of money, automatic top-ups and top-ups by bank transfer.
When the Balance is:
· equal to or greater than the Budget, we will not carry out any operation.
· at least €5 less than the Budget the day before the top-up, the missing amount will be topped up with a withdrawal from your IBAN*.
