Check if your payment has been accepted by the shop, go to Profile-Transactions and check the status of your payment:
In progress
A tick ✔️ indicates that the payment has not yet been accepted and there is time to cancel it. Tap on the payment and then Cancel.
Cancelled
The symbol ✖️ in grey indicates that the payment has been cancelled.
Accepted
the two ticks ✔️✔️ indicate that the payment was successful.
💡 If the payment was accepted, request a refund directly from the merchant by showing the receipt in the App or contact us and we will take care of it!
