It's a reimbursement offered through your company's welfare plan, allowing you to get money back for expenses you or a family member paid for services like babysitting, public transport passes, household utilities, education, and more.
Once your request is approved, the amount will be added directly to your paycheck the following month. Depending on the type of reimbursement, the amount will be deducted from your available FlexBen credit or Benefits.
How to request a reimbursement
Open the App and click Account > FlexBen > Reimbursement.
In this section, click on the category you are interested in, select the beneficiary and upload the necessary documentation.
If the beneficiary is a family member of yours and is not in the list of family members, add him/her by clicking on New.

Once done you will be able to view the status of your request under Account > FlexBen > Requests.
💡 Expenses for stamps, collection fees, and similar items are not eligible for reimbursement.
⚠️ If an expense covers multiple beneficiaries, the amount must be divided among them, and a separate reimbursement request needs to be submitted for each individual.
📣 Reimbursement can be partial or total, depending on your available welfare allowance.
