· are a tax resident in Italy or Luxembourg;
· have a valid tax identification number for Italy (codice fiscale) or Luxembourg (TIN);
· are >18y.o.;
· are not a Politically Exposed Person (“PEP”).

You’ll need to:
· confirm your citizenship;
· declare that you are not a U.S. person;
· confirm your tax residency (Italy or Luxembourg) and your tax identification number (codice fiscale in Italy/TIN in Luxembourg).
▸ Which Terms and Conditions do I need to accept?
You’ll need to accept the Terms and Conditions of the Satispay Invest service.
If you’re an Italian user, each time you add money to your Invested Money Box, you’ll also accept and sign the subscription form related to your investment in the fund’s units.
