The Eni Plenitude Purchase Code can be used, by the person who purchases it or receives it as a gift, for Plenitude utilities/services and is valid on all Plenitude offers and on all payment methods. The amount of the Eni Plenitude Purchase Code will be deducted from the bill issued in the period following the date of its actual use. If the bill amount is lower than the amount of the purchased Purchase Code, the remaining value of the code will be automatically deducted from subsequent bills until it is fully depleted. Notwithstanding the above, in the case of a dual electricity and gas offer, resulting in a single bill for both supplies, the credit will be deducted from the total amount of the electricity and gas bill.
The Eni Plenitude Purchase Code has a predetermined amount, is not rechargeable, nor convertible into cash. It can only be used for utilities related to the selected supply and limited to the amount corresponding to the value of the purchased Eni Plenitude Purchase Code. Any other use is not permitted.
The Eni Plenitude Purchase Code is non-refundable, non-personal (not registered to a name), and can be transferred to anyone before it is entered into the Plenitude Personal Area.

Use the Purchase Code to pay your Plenitude electricity and gas bills.

Once you receive the code from Satispay, within 6 months visit https://giftcardplenitude.epayworldwide.com/ and:
If you are already an Eni Plenitude customer with an active supply, you must:
• enter the PIN in the first field;
• select Use on an already active supply;
• enter and confirm your email;
• enter the captcha characters;
• accept the T&Cs;
• click the ACTIVATE YOUR PLENITUDE PREPAID CARD button.
If you are a new Eni Plenitude customer and need to activate a new supply, you must:
• enter the PIN in the first field;
• select Activate new supply;
• enter and confirm your email;
• enter the captcha characters;
• accept the T&Cs;
• click the ACTIVATE YOUR PLENITUDE PREPAID CARD button.
At the end of the process, you will receive an email containing the final PIN code to be entered in the dedicated area of the Eni Plenitude website/app within 6 months of receipt. It is neither rechargeable nor refundable.
