The CONAD PREPAID CARD has a declining balance, so it can be used for multiple purchases until the face value is completely exhausted. The remaining value is not convertible into cash. It is not reloadable; upon expiration, the card is no longer usable; the remaining amount is not refundable or convertible into other prepaid cards.
