Completing registration takes just 5 minutes. Before starting, make sure you have:
📱 Your compatible smartphone* with a working camera;
🔢 Your mobile phone number;
📧 Your email address;
🪪 Your ID document (Passport / Identity Card / Driver’s License);
💳 Your tax code (only if you reside in Italy);
Additionally:
🫂 Full name and phone number of your parent or legal guardian: an approval request will be sent to them at the end of the process.
🚀 How does the registration process work?
1. Download the Satispay App on your smartphone;
2. Enter your details and upload photos of your ID document;
3. Enter your parent’s / legal guardian’s details to send them the authorization request;
4. Wait for confirmation: as soon as your parent / legal guardian approves your request and our team verifies your documents, you will receive an in-app notification to start using Satispay.
