I don't remember or I want to change the PIN code, how do I do this?

Autonomously from the App and in a few minutes: "it's a done PIN"!

· I forgot my PIN
In the login screen you have two options:

1. Click on “I forgot my PIN” and follow the recovery procedure.
2. Click on “?” at the top right of the screen and contact us

· I want to change my pin
Go to Account > click on your profile picture > Security - Change pin.

Here you will have to enter your current pin code and then choose a new one, always with 5 digits.

▸ Are you tired of entering your pin every time you log in to the App? 😩️

Depending on your smartphone we have two options for you: fingerprint or Face ID. 
· Android
Go to Account > click on your profile picture > Security and turn on Use fingerprint sensor. 
· iOS
Go to Account > click on your profile picture > Security and enable Face ID Login.

💡 These options are only visible if they are already active in your smartphone settings.
