To add or change the IBAN, we thought of two possibilities:
· Manual insertion
Go to Home > click on your profile picture > Banks for Top-ups > Add a new bank account and enter the 27 characters of your IBAN.
To facilitate the operation you can also copy and paste the IBAN 😉
· Automatic insertion
Go to Home >click on your profile picture > Banks for Top-ups > Add a new bank account and tap on Scan IBAN.
Your smartphone camera will copy and paste your IBAN data 📷
🔔 To change the IBAN, you will need to add the new IBAN and disable the old one by clicking Disable IBAN.
💡 We have no limitations: you can associate all the IBANs you want and choose from time to time which one to use.
Once you've entered your IBAN, we need to wait for permission from your bank - the process takes 3-5 business days.
