How do I request a payment from my friends with Satispay?

You bought a gift and your friends haven't paid you back? With 3 taps ask for the due 😜

Go to Pay > Contacts > click on the search bar 'Send money and other options' > tap on the desired contacts > type in the amount > Request.

💡 You can also personalise the request with a comment (e.g. Graduation gift) or a GIF!

Contacts will immediately receive a notification 🚀 Now it's their turn!

🔔 You will see the request under Pay > Contacts > Requests - Pending.

▸ Wrong amount or did your friends forget to send you the expected amount?

Tap on the pending request and decide whether to cancel it or send a reminder (you can do this once every 7  days).

🤩 Did you know? You can send and receive money from anyone within the SEPA area, even if they don't have Satispay!

Thanks to your personal Satispay IBAN, you can send and receive payments from friends and family within the SEPA area, even if they don't use the App! Simply send a credit transfer or share your IBAN: the amount will be credited directly to your Balance and be ready to use.
