Go to the Contacts section > tap on the search bar "Send money and other options" > Add new number > Send or Request.
⬅️ Show your personal QR Code
Open the App > swipe left and show your personal QR Code.
If they scan it, everyone can send you a payment without any intermediate steps.
➡️ Scan your personal QR Code
Open the App > swipe right and frame the Personal QR Code of the person you want to send money to > enter the amount, a comment and Send!
