When you add or withdraw money from your Invested Money Box, the funds aren’t immediately available because the operation is processed by the next business day.
This is because, to ensure efficient order management, Satispay processes all transactions once a day. So:
· If you add funds, they will be invested and visible in your balance the next business day;
· If you withdraw funds, the amount will be credited to your Satispay Balance the next business day.
✍️ Example:
· If you make a transaction on Monday at 2:00 PM, it will be completed by Tuesday.
· If you make a transaction on Saturday at 8:00 PM, it will be completed by Monday, as Saturday and Sunday are not business days.
· If you make a transaction on Monday at 2:00 PM, it will be completed by Tuesday.
· If you make a transaction on Saturday at 8:00 PM, it will be completed by Monday, as Saturday and Sunday are not business days.
