Satispay Meal Vouchers are vouchers provided by employers to their employees, allowing them to purchase meals or food products. Our Meal Vouchers are fully digital and can be used through the App at over 800 merchants, including cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets.
Satispay Meal Vouchers can be spent at any time of the day, including dinner and weekends, with a simple tap!
Below are some rules to keep in mind 👇
· The validity of Satispay Meal Vouchers is one year from the date of issue;
· The value of your Meal Vouchers cannot be converted into cash. ;
· You can use a maximum of €75 worth of Meal Vouchers per day at participating merchants, which you can find in the Pay > Stores section by enabling the Meal Vouchers filter.
And here's the sweet spot: In the Account Meal Vouchers section, you can check how many Meal Vouchers are still available, their value, and their credit and expiration dates.
Directly from your transaction list in the Account!
Click on the payment made to view the details. Here, you'll see the amount paid with your Meal Vouchers.
There are three possible reasons:
1. You selected the Balance option
By enabling this option in the Account > Settings > Your Wallets section, you’ll always prioritize the payment method you’ve selected.
2. You’ve run out of Meal Vouchers or paid a lower amount
Remember, to use Meal Vouchers, you need to pay amounts equal to or higher than the individual value of your Meal Voucher. If you’ve run out of them, sorry, you’ll need to wait for the next credit!
3. You’ve purchased products excluded from payment with Meal Vouchers
Non-food products are excluded at checkout from the amount payable with Meal Vouchers. Additionally, each store has its own regulations and defines its own policies for accepting Meal Vouchers.
