Deposit
No minimum amount required, you can start investing with any amount!
When you add money to one of the Satispay investment funds, it is not immediately available because the subscription of shares is processed within the following four business days.
You can choose where to deposit funds from! You have three options:
• Transfer the change from every purchase rounded to the nearest euro using the Spare Change feature (if you pay €1.70, €0.30 is transferred). Remember that the deposit is made into every fund where you have the Spare Change feature active;
• Transfer any amount from your Balance;
• Top up any amount from your bank account via Standard Top-up 👇
Standard Top-up is free* and is managed by Satispay Europe via direct debit (SDD) from your selected bank account. Once requested, the sum will be credited to the app within a few business days at the latest (2 to 7) and subsequently transferred into the selected fund.
Note: the investment and transfer into the funds will only occur after the Standard Top-up has been successfully completed! Make sure you have sufficient funds in your bank account to complete the transaction.
⚡ If you want even more flexibility, you can top up your Balance via bank transfer and move it immediately into one or more funds of your choice!
Withdrawal
You can place a sell order for your fund shares at any time. The order will be executed and the corresponding amount transferred to your Balance within four business days.
