The SEPA mandate is a document with which you authorize Satispay to withdraw money from your bank account for top-ups.
Using the SEPA Mandate allows us to offer a secure service with high standards. In fact, this is a very popular European instrument used by many companies, for example by gas, electricity or telephone providers for bill payment. The use of this tool allows us to automatically top up your Satispay account allowing you to take full advantage of all the features of the App.
With Satispay, the SEPA mandate is signed as soon as you enter your IBAN in the App and you do not have to take any further steps 😉
