If you've received an email or notification in the App asking you to update your personal details and/or take new photos of your ID, don't panic, it's all normal! ๐
We do this for a good reason: by law we have to make sure that our users' personal information is always correct and up-to-date. This is to protect accounts and prevent the financial system from being used for purposes such as money laundering or financing illegal activities.
For this reason, we periodically have to check and update personal information: this is standard practice for all our users and not a specific check on your account!

What will we ask you?
To confirm your name, surname, email address, phone number, residential address and nationality. If these details have changed, you will need to update them!
To upload your ID in the App, only if your current one has expired.
We will never ask you to share your PIN or verification codes.
