Here are three possible reasons:
1. You have selected the option Balance or Meal Vouchers
By activating it in Profile > Settings > Your wallets you will always give priority to your preferred wallet.
2. You run out of Benefits
We are sorry, but you will have to wait for the next credit!
3. You have purchased products or services that cannot be purchased with Benefits.
With the credit of Purchase Vouchers you cannot:
· pay pagoPA bills or mobile top-ups
· make donations to non-profit organisations
· make purchases in tobacconists, pharmacies and parapharmacies
💡 Remember that the payment screen always shows the wallet that will be used. Here you can also see the payment methods accepted by the shop.
