How do I redeem Satispay Points?

You can start redeeming your Points when you have accumulated at least 1,000 Points.

To do so, enter the payment amount and click on the activation button you see next to the green progress bar.

Once activated, you will immediately see the full amount to be paid together with the discount applied, which will be credited after the payment!

🔔 When you’re about to pay, your Balance must be equal to or greater than the total transaction amount, even if you are using Points.

Here are some other rules to keep in mind 👇

· you cannot earn and redeem Points on the same payment;
· you can redeem your Points on payments in physical shops, online or if you buy Gift Cards*;
· Points cannot be used for recurring or pre-authorised payments;
· you can only redeem the total amount of Points you have earned (you cannot choose how many Points to use);
· if you do not make any payments for a year, your Points will expire and you will no longer be able to use them;
· if you choose to pay in instalments, you redeem your Points to obtain discounts.

💡 Once you have completed your purchase, the discount obtained with the Points will be credited directly to your Balance.

Ah, last (but important!) thing: Points cannot be converted into money or transferred to other accounts 🚫
