You can start redeeming your Points when you have accumulated at least 1,000 Points.
To do so, enter the payment amount and click on the activation button you see next to the green progress bar.
Once activated, you will immediately see the full amount to be paid together with the discount applied, which will be credited after the payment!
Here are some other rules to keep in mind 👇
· you cannot earn and redeem Points on the same payment;
· you can redeem your Points on payments in physical shops, online or if you buy Gift Cards*;
· Points cannot be used for recurring or pre-authorised payments;
· you can only redeem the total amount of Points you have earned (you cannot choose how many Points to use);
· if you choose to pay in instalments, you redeem your Points to obtain discounts.
Ah, last (but important!) thing: Points cannot be converted into money or transferred to other accounts 🚫
*Money transfers between individuals and payments in some shop categories do not allow Points to be accumulated. For the complete list, see the Satispay Points Programme.
Your points are valid for 12 months from the date you receive them, and they expire on the last day of the twelfth month. You can check your updated balance and receipt dates at any time directly on the App.
Remember to use them before the expiry date, as after that date, points will be automatically cancelled and cannot be recovered. For example, points earned on August 15, 2025, will remain valid until August 31st, 2026.
Regarding points accumulated before July 1st, 2025, the expiration date is set for everyone on July 31st, 2026, regardless of the exact date they were credited.
