How do I earn Satispay Points?

You can collect Points on (almost) all your payments!

Earn Points on transactions:
🛍️ in physical shops;
🛒 in online shops;
📲 from the Services section in the App;
And... also on recurring payments or if you pay with Satispay Meal Vouchers or Benefits 🍝

🔎 You earn 1 Point for every euro spent, but the best part comes with the multipliers 📈 which allow you to accumulate even more Points, even faster! Discover them via the appropriate icon in the App ⚡

Tap on the shop icon and find out the details. If, for example, you see 5x, that means you get 5 points for every euro you spend!

▸ How do I find out how many Points I get for a payment?

Directly on the payment screen, before you send it, you can preview how many points you will receive! If you don't see them, it means you can't get them on that payment*.

🔔 If you pay decimal amounts, such as €0.20 or €0.50, no fractions of a Point will be credited.

▸ Where do I view my Points balance?

On the payment screen or in the Points section.

*Money transfers between individuals and payments in some shop categories do not allow Points to be accumulated. For the complete list, see the Satispay Points Programme.

The Programme is open to all consumers who have received an invitation or communication to participate, directly from  Satispay.
