Extra Points is an optional feature of the “Satispay Points” program that allows you to earn additional points every month, based on the Budget you have already set or that you choose to set in the app. Participation is voluntary, and you can disable it at any time by adjusting your Budget. To activate this feature, you must first join the “Satispay Points” Loyalty Program.
How does it work?
If you have already set or decide to set a Budget (directly from the Points section in the app) equal to or above the specified thresholds, you will receive the corresponding number of extra points on your first 20 transactions of the month.
The number of extra points you earn depends on the Budget level you set.
For example, with a Budget of €100, you can earn up to 2,400 extra points per year: that’s 10 extra points on the first 20 eligible transactions each month.
When is a transaction eligible?
To receive extra points, the transaction must meet the following requirements:
• be included among the first 20 transactions of the month;
• have an amount equal to or greater than €1;
• qualify for points accumulation under the conditions of the “Satispay Points” Program;
• be the first transaction of the day with the same merchant.
If the transaction is eligible, the extra points will be automatically credited and will appear in the points transaction list, under Activities, in the Points section of the app.
Points earned, as provided for by the “Satispay Points” Program, can be used to obtain cashback on Eligible Points Redemption Transactions carried out through the app.
