You pay the first instalment immediately at the time of purchase. To activate the plan, you simply need to have enough Balance available in your app. Otherwise, you can choose to make an instant top-up from the bank account linked to your account for a fee of €0.25 to cover the first instalment.
The next two instalments are due after 1 and 2 months respectively, and they’ll be automatically charged.
Don’t worry: three days before each due date, we’ll notify you with a push notification and an SMS, so you’ll always know when the next instalment is coming.
When it’s time to pay, we’ll first check your Balance:
• if it’s sufficient, the instalment will be paid immediately;
• if not, we’ll proceed with a direct debit from the bank account linked to your account.
In this case, the transaction may take 3 to 10 business days to complete and to appear as “paid” in the app.
If the direct debit also fails, we’ll make additional attempts over the following days: first checking your Balance, and only if it’s still insufficient, we’ll withdraw the amount from your bank account. At each step, you’ll be updated via notifications and SMS, so you’ll always know what’s happening.
