You can request a refund for a purchase paid with “Pay in 3” directly from the merchant or by contacting us.
In case of a refund, the amount will be used to reduce or cancel your future instalments.
If the refund amount is higher than your remaining instalments, the difference will be credited directly to your Balance.
🔔 If the merchant decides to refund you with a voucher, a gift card, or in cash, your instalment plan will remain unchanged.
“Pay in 3” is a feature reserved for a limited number of adult users and is only available at selected stores.
