How can I activate Satispay Plus?

You can do it directly from your App, just follow these simple steps:
• from the home screen, click on your profile picture and then on Get Plus;
• take a look at the benefits and details on the welcome page;
• choose your subscription plan (monthly or annual);
• check the summary;
• confirm the activation: the payment will be deducted directly from your Balance.

🔔 Satispay Plus is currently available for adult users living in Italy and Luxembourg.

Once activated, you can manage your subscription from the Plus Hub within your App. Here you will find:
• the details of your current plan (monthly or annual);
• the next charge date and the corresponding amount;
• the option to cancel the subscription.

You can view the Satispay Plus payment history directly from the app's home screen. If you want to switch from monthly to annual (or vice-versa), you must first cancel the current plan and then reactivate it by choosing the other option.
