You can cancel your subscription whenever you want, directly from the Plus Hub in your App. Simply tap on My Plan > Manage, click on the cancellation option, and follow the guided procedure.
How does the refund policy work?
The possibility of receiving a refund depends on when you cancel the subscription. Take a look below 👀
👉 If you cancel within 14 days of the first activation (right of withdrawal):
You receive a total refund. The subscription ends immediately, and the refund is credited to your Satispay Available Balance immediately. Please note: the 14-day Right of Withdrawal is only valid for the first activation, not for subsequent renewals.
👉 If you cancel after 14 days from the first activation (cancellation):
If you subscribed to a monthly payment plan, you will not receive a refund. The subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for (e.g., until the end of the current month). You will continue to use all Satispay Plus benefits until the expiry date, and there will be no further subsequent charges. Automatic renewal is deactivated immediately.
If you subscribed to a prepaid annual payment plan, you can cancel it and receive a refund only for the months you have not used (e.g., if you subscribed in January and cancel in June, you will receive a refund for the July-December period). You will continue to use the Plus benefits until the expiry of the current valid month. The refund is credited to your Satispay Balance immediately after confirming the cancellation.
