📞 if you receive a pre-recorded call or suspicious messages, report the incident to us by contacting us;
📱 access your Satispay account only through the App installed on your smartphone;
🔐 never share verification codes and your pin code with anyone and do not enter them in chats, conversations, channels other than the App. No one from Satispay will ask you for this data;
🔗 do not click on a link if you do not know or have doubts about the identity of the sender;
📄 Satispay may ask you for additional documents or information, but only via verified email addresses. If you have any doubts about their authenticity please contact us immediately.
