Be Wary
Don't trust suspicious emails, messages or calls, even if they seem to come from Satispay.
📵 If you receive any abnormal or intrusive communications, hang up - Satispay will never call you to ask you to:
· share PIN or temporary access codes to the App;
· share your screen;
· reload your Satispay account.
Beware of suspicious requests
Be wary of requests for money, refunds or transactions that seem unusual or unclear.
Remember that Satispay cannot be used to receive refunds for purchases made outside the app.
Do not share your account or personal information
Never share personal information with anyone, even those who claim to be from Satispay:
🔐 Satispay will never ask you for your PIN or QR code;
📸 do not send selfie or video selfie to channels other than support@satispay.com;
🔗 don't click on links if you don't know or have doubts about the identity of the sender.
