What is the Satispay IBAN and what is it used for?

Your Satispay account has a new ally: your personal IBAN provided by Satispay and directly linked to your account. This is a unique identifier associated with your account and operational throughout the SEPA area.

You can choose to activate it for free from the App, in the section Home > click on your profile picture > Your Satispay IBAN. Once activated, you can always view your IBAN from here and share it when you need to.

Managing your money will be even easier with the Satispay IBAN:
👉 You can send payments via credit transfer throughout the SEPA area, including recurring transfers;
👉 You can share your IBAN to receive payments via bank transfer, which will be credited to your Balance
👉 You can top up your Balance via credit transfer from any current account within the SEPA area.

You will therefore be able to receive money even from friends who don't yet have a Satispay account 🚀 and all of this at no extra cost!

The Satispay IBAN can be activated by all adult users with an active Satispay account.
Satispay offers payment services through an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) based in Luxembourg. This EMI is authorized and regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), the Luxembourg financial supervisory authority. For this reason the Satispay IBAN is Luxembourgish.
