Activating your personal Satispay IBAN enriches your account with important features, making the management of your money simpler and more flexible.
The main advantage is the possibility to receive money even from those who are not Satispay users 👥 Anyone can send you money simply by making an ordinary bank transfer to your Satispay IBAN. Every received amount will be automatically credited to your Balance and you can check the complete movements in the Account section of your App.
This feature allows you not only to receive payments from third parties but also to directly credit your salary or other income via bank transfer to your Satispay account 💰
Furthermore, topping up your Balance via bank transfer from your bank account becomes an extremely fast and convenient operation 📲
Some technical details about bank transfers 👇
✅ The Satispay IBAN exclusively supports SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) transfers, which means you can receive payments from all member countries of the SEPA area (SCT - SEPA Credit Transfer).
❌ The reception of international (SWIFT) transfers originating from countries outside the SEPA area is not supported.
⏰ Currently, the Satispay IBAN only handles ordinary transfers and does not support instant transfers. Transactions are processed within 1–2 banking days, but the final timing depends on the processing of the sender's bank.

There are no fees for receiving money via this IBAN 🥳
Currently, the IBAN has a receive-only function: it is not possible to send money (make outgoing transfers) nor use the IBAN to pay bills or other services and set up direct debits.
You can find and share your Satispay IBAN at any time within the app, in the section Settings > Your Satispay IBAN.
The Satispay IBAN can be activated by all adult users with an active account.
