Activating your personal Satispay IBAN enriches your account with important features, making the management of your money simpler and more flexible.
The main advantage is the freedom to exchange money with anyone, even those who are not yet Satispay users 👥 Thanks to the new features, you can now:
• receive credit transfers: any person or entity can send you funds via ordinary credit transfer to your Satispay IBAN; simply share the details found clicking on your profile picture > Your Satispay IBAN. The amount received is automatically credited to your Budget, and you can monitor every transaction in real-time in the Home section of the app. This way, you can also receive your salary or recurring payments quickly and securely 💰
• send credit transfers, including recurring ones: you can use your Balance to make credit transfers to any IBAN in the SEPA area. Whether it’s paying rent, settling an invoice, or sending a gift to a friend who doesn't have Satispay, you can do it all in a few taps directly from your App 📤
Furthermore, topping up your Balance via bank transfer from your linked external bank account remains the simplest and most immediate way to always have funds ready to use. With the Satispay IBAN, you finally have a single control center for all your operations, making your financial management smoother, integrated, and incredibly smart 📲

Some technical details about bank transfers 👇
⏰ Currently, the Satispay IBAN only handles ordinary transfers and does not support instant transfers. Transactions are processed within 1–2 banking days, but the final timing depends on the processing of the sender's bank.
✅ The Satispay IBAN exclusively supports SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) transfers, which means you can receive payments from all member countries of the SEPA area (SCT - SEPA Credit Transfer).
❌ The reception of international (SWIFT) transfers originating from countries outside the SEPA area is not supported.
