Directly from your App! Follow these simple steps:
• From the Home section, click on your profile picture and then on Upgrade;
• choose your subscription plan and payment frequency (monthly or annually);
• review the summary;
• Confirm the activation: the amount will be deducted directly from your Balance.
🔔 Subscription plans are currently available for adult users residing in Italy and Luxembourg
Once activated, you can manage your subscription by clicking on your profile picture and then on your plan icon in the top right corner.
Here you will find:
• Details of your current plan (Plus, Metal, or Velvet and monthly or annual payment frequency);
• The next charging date and the relative amount;
• The option to cancel the subscription or to change plan by upgrading or downgrading.
You can view your subscription payment history directly from the Home section of the app, in the Transactions list.
If you want to change the payment frequency from monthly to annual (or vice versa), you must first cancel the current plan and then reactivate it by choosing the other option.
