If you decide to switch to a higher-value plan (for example, from Plus to Metal or from Metal to Velvet), the change is immediate. You can start using the new benefits and request your new debit card instantly! The subscription renewal date will reset, restarting from the exact day you upgraded.
The management of the old plan depends on when you decide to switch:
• Within 14 days from the activation of the original plan: you receive a full refund for the old plan and pay the fee for the new one.
• After the first 14 days from the activation of the original plan: if you have a monthly plan, you receive a proportional refund for the unused days. If you have an annual plan, we will refund the remaining full months plus the pro-rata/proportional share of the remaining days of the current month.
When you upgrade to a higher plan, you can decide to order the new physical card associated with your new plan right away: in this case, both the old card and the new one will remain active and functional at the same time, at no additional cost to you.
