You can cancel your subscription whenever you want: just click on your profile picture > then on your plan icon in the top right corner > Manage > three dots in the top right corner > Unsubscribe.
How does the refund policy work?
The possibility of receiving a refund depends on when you cancel your subscription. Take a look below π
π If you cancel within 14 days from the first activation:
You receive a full refund. The subscription ends immediately, and the refund is credited instantly to your Satispay Balance.
π If you ordered a physical card, you will pay the card cost provided by your plan: the Red card remains active, while Metal and Velvet cards are deactivated.
Please note: the 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to the first activation, not to subsequent renewals.
π If you cancel after 14 days from the first activation:
If you signed up for a subscription with monthly payment: you will not receive a refund. The subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for (for example, until the end of the current month). You will continue to use all the benefits of your subscription until it expires, and there will be no further charges. Automatic renewal is deactivated immediately.
If you signed up for a subscription with upfront annual payment: you can cancel it and receive a refund only for the full months you have not used (for example, if you signed up on January 5 and cancel on June 15, the subscription will end on July 5 and you will receive a refund for the period from July 6 to December). You will continue to use the benefits of your subscription until the end of the current validity month. The refund is credited instantly to your Satispay Budget after confirming the cancellation.
π³ If you ordered a physical card::
β’ If you cancel within 10 months of plan activation:you will be charged the remaining issuance cost of the card, calculated proportionally to the remaining full months relative to the 10-month period. If you have a Metal or Velvet card, it will be deactivated; if you have a Red card, it will remain active.
β’ If you cancel after 10 months of plan activation: the old card remains active with no issuance cost.
