REIMBURSEMENT REQUIREMENTS
• Can only be requested by the employee who holds the welfare plan.
• Valid for babysitting expenses for children aged 0–14.
💡 Includes: legitimate, natural, and adopted children.
‼️ The expense for which reimbursement is requested must bex incurred during the year in which the welfare plan is active.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Paid invoice/receipt addressed to the employee (paying for the family member indicated in the document) or to the beneficiary family member.
• INPS payslip/contract, only if the CCNL specifies "Baby Sitting".
📝 The document must indicate:
• Current or previous fiscal year (or as provided by the regulations).
• Provider details + Tax Code/VAT number.
• Payment date and amount.
⚠️ Tagesmutter (childminder) services are reimbursable.
