REIMBURSEMENT REQUIREMENTS
• Can only be requested by the employee who holds the welfare plan.
• Valid for expenses incurred during summer or winter school breaks for children aged 0–14, including:
- Recreational, educational, or sporting activities (e.g., summer/winter camps)
- Childcare services or nursery
- Canteen/meals, only if included in the total cost of the camp.
💡 Includes: legitimate, natural, adopted, or legitimated children.
‼️ The expense must be incurred during the year in which the welfare plan is active.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
• Paid invoice/receipt addressed to the employee or the beneficiary family member.
📝 The document must indicate:
- Full name of the beneficiary.
- Description of the service.
- Payment date and amount.
