REIMBURSEMENT REQUIREMENTS
To request reimbursement for extracurricular courses and educational activities included in the school's Educational Offer Plan (POF), payment must be made solely by the employee who holds the welfare plan. This covers expenses for dependent children.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Expense document
This document must be addressed either to the employee who holds the welfare plan or to the family member benefiting from the service.
The expense document must include the following details:
· name and surname of the beneficiary;
· date of the payment;
· description of the service type;
· amount of the expense;
Accepted documents include: invoice, fiscal receipt, or a detailed receipt with a tax code.
