REIMBURSEMENT REQUIREMENTS
To request reimbursement for educational services for children aged 0 to 14 years old, payment must be made solely by the employee who holds the welfare plan during the school's summer or winter break.
The following expenses are covered:
Recreational, educational, or sports activities with recreational and/or care purposes during school summer/winter breaks or for childcare/nursery services.
Canteen service, only if it's included in the total cost of participation for the summer/winter camp.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Expense document
This document must be addressed either to the employee who holds the welfare plan (who pays on behalf of the family member beneficiary, whose name must be indicated on the receipt), or directly to the family member who received the service.
The expense document must include the following details:
· name and surname of the beneficiary;
· period and date of purchase;
· description of the type of purchase;
· amount of the expense.
Accepted documents include: invoice, fiscal receipt, or a detailed receipt with a tax code.
