REIMBURSEMENT REQUIREMENTS
To request reimbursement for nursery fees, payment must be made solely by the employee who holds the welfare plan. This covers fees for both public and private nurseries, including company nurseries, condominium nurseries, and family nurseries.
💡 Children include legitimate, legitimated, natural, or adopted children.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Expense document
This document must be addressed either to the employee who holds the welfare plan or to the family member benefiting from the service.
The expense document must include the following details:
· name and surname of the beneficiary;
· date of the payment;
· description of the service type;
· amount of the expense;
Accepted documents include: invoice, fiscal receipt, or a detailed receipt with a tax code.
