REIMBURSEMENT REQUIREMENTS
To claim reimbursement for nursing home and care facilities expenses, payment must be made solely by the employee who holds the welfare plan. This covers costs for stays in social-assistance facilities for the elderly (including day centers) and social-healthcare facilities (RSA).
This expense can only be claimed for family members who are at least 75 years old and are not self-sufficient.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Expense document
This document must be addressed either to the employee who holds the welfare plan or to the family member benefiting from the service.
The expense document must include the following details:
· name and surname of the beneficiary;
· date of the payment;
· description of the service type;
· amount of the expense;
Accepted documents include: invoice, fiscal receipt, or a detailed receipt with a tax code.
