REIMBURSEMENT REQUIREMENTS
• Can only be requested by the employee who holds the welfare plan.
•Valid for expenses incurred for family assistance (e.g., caregiver/badante) for tax-dependent family members who are at least 75 years old and non-self-sufficient.
💡 Includes: dependent family members such as parents, father-in-law, and mother-in-law.
‼️ The expense must be incurred during the year in which the welfare plan is active.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
• Invoice, tax receipt, or detailed receipt with tax code
• Employment contract with a specific job classification for home care assistants (excluding domestic cleaners/COLF, etc.).
📝 The document must indicate:
- Full name of the beneficiary
- Description of the type of service
- Payment date and amount.
